Deep South Herbal Conference Comes to Mentone
The biannual Deep South Herbal Conference will bring a “weekend of herbal discovery” to Moon Lake Village November 1-3. This year’s theme is “Return to the Roots of Natural Health” and will focus on herbs and alternative medicine for the home and homestead. The weekend will offer wild food tastings, herb walks, and other educational activities. Featured speakers will include herbal educators Darryl Patton, Suzanne Shires, and Matt St. John, among others.
Register between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1. Visit the conference website for schedule details. Attendees are responsible for their own meals and lodging.
Cost for the conference is $250.
