Join naturalists and artists for this creative nature observation hike, combining art and nature! Will hike about half mile to the West Fork of Little River and hang out for a while working on our nature journals. Ages 8 to adult. The hike is considered moderate, because of the uneven, rocky terrain. Total 1.5 mile loop. What to bring: Backpack with plenty of water and snacks. Closed-toed shoes. A favorite journal if you have one, and we will supply watercolor paper, watercolor pencils, clipboards, etc. 11 a.m.-2 p.m. DeSoto State Park.
