NACC Classes at Moon Lake
Northeast Alabama Community College continues its series of popular courses at Moon Lake Campus with “The Art of Hospitality: From Kitchen to Celebration.”
Classes begin September 9 and run through the end of the month. Topics include:
- Social Graces: Everyday Etiquette
- Sugar and Style: The Art of Cookie Decorating
- The Art and Science of Baking the Perfect Cheesecake
- From Harvest to Home: Autumn Floral Art
The cost for the series is only $25 per person, with 15 spaces available.
The popular Social Dance classes have returned, held on Friday afternoons through December. Intro to Art Mediums will spark creativity. And a new Vocal Ensemble class will culminate in a Community Chorus Christmas program.

I am loving the Art of Hospitality Classes this month. My friend, Marissa Tiddle and I are driving to Mentone every Tuesday from South Pittsburg. The Moonlake Campus is lovely. If I lived closer, I’d take in many more classes.
