Reflection, Transformation, and New Beginnings

As the mountain moves into the season of brightly changing landscapes and crisper air, there is a palpable shift in the atmosphere.
We tune inward, with the intention of deep self-reflection. It’s a time to embrace personal transformation and celebrate the many changes we made in the past year. It’s a time to let go of whatever is not aligned with our soul’s purpose, making room in our lives for new beginnings.
The changing colors of our mountain landscape mirror the transformative process that is happening within us.
September is also influenced by the astrological changes, bringing in both Virgo, the sign associated with practicality, organization, and attention to details; and Libra, the sign of balance and harmony. Virgo encourages us to focus on self-improvement, personal growth, and analysis, while Libra ushers in the autumnal equinox, a time when day and night are in perfect equilibrium, inspiring us to seek balance in our relationships, embrace diplomacy, and cultivate inner peace.
September is best known for the abundance of harvest, reminding us to express gratitude for bountiful blessings. It’s a time to cultivate a spirit of appreciation for all the possibilities our futures hold, and manifest our dreams and aspirations. We are reminded of the ebb and flow of life as September takes us into the darker months ahead.
The lesson of September is learning the art of letting go as nature is doing with the magically colored leaves floating silently to the ground. Loosening the grip we hold on the past and embracing the transformations we are experiencing allows us to truly create a brilliant new chapter in our lives.
I encourage you to get ready to turn the page!
